Bailey is a Buyer Specialist at Ginger & Co. She is a native of Shelby, NC and a graduate of UNC Charlotte earning a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology. She launched her career in the financial services industry before gaining valuable experience working for a general contractor. Bailey believes in developing trusting relationships by listening and comprehending each client’s unique circumstances. She recognizes and values the trust her clients place in her and she works relentlessly to exceed their expectations.

JoAnn is a Buyer Specialist at Ginger & Co. She graduated from Brandeis University with a degree in Political Science. She has a background in both nonprofit and the corporate sector - and takes those years of experience delivering high customer satisfaction by meeting client needs with her into real estate. She relocated to the Raleigh area from New Jersey 6 years ago with her husband and son and loves calling The Triangle area home.

Yanna is an agent on the Ginger & Co team. With a background working in the hospitality, real estate, and nonprofit industries, her focus is to serve her communities. Through relationship building, Yanna aims to assist those currently residing in the Triangle, as well as those looking to move to the area, with the utmost care by utilizing her knowledge and experience.
