Answering Questions and Announcing an Exciting Event

Here are the answers to some of the questions I’m asked most frequently.

What’s your role on the team?

My role as team leader means that I lead the team, develop our vision, recruit and train new agents, and work with a few sellers. For the most part, I don’t work directly with clients because I’m more focused on growing our team and ensuring we provide a five-star experience. 


What are you grateful for this year?

I was just reviewing our year, and I found that we’ve received over 140 referrals in 2021! I’m incredibly grateful for that because without those referrals, we would not have had such a fantastic of a year.

What’s one thing you want to accomplish by the end of this year?

One thing I want to accomplish by the end of this year is to spend a few minutes each morning thinking about what I’m grateful for to get in the right mindset for the day.
